Privacy Policy
Written with US privacy law norms in mind (see the note at the bottom) — not a substitute for review by a licensed attorney in your state. Last updated: 2026.
Eric Kramar Studio LLC ("the Studio", "we", "us", "our") operates this website from Pennsylvania, USA. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you provide directly — name, email address, company name, existing website URL, project details, and estimated budget, submitted through our "Start a Project" or contact forms.
- Information collected automatically — if analytics or similar tools are enabled on this site, we may automatically receive standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and pages visited, typically via cookies or similar technologies.
- We do not knowingly collect payment card numbers, government ID numbers, or other sensitive personal information through this website.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and discuss a potential project.
- To deliver, manage, and support a project you've engaged us for.
- To maintain the security and proper functioning of this website.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to those listed above without your consent.
Cookies and similar technologies
This site may use cookies or local storage for basic functionality (such as remembering your light/dark theme preference) and, if enabled, for analytics. These do not identify you personally. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; doing so may affect some site functionality (such as theme preference).
Third-party service providers
We share information only with service providers as necessary to operate this site and deliver our services, including:
- A third-party form-delivery service that routes project inquiry submissions to our email inbox.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers that store and serve this website.
- For client e-commerce projects, third-party payment processors (such as Stripe or PayPal) that handle transactions directly — we do not store payment card details ourselves.
These providers are authorized to use your information only as needed to provide their service to us and are subject to their own privacy policies.
Children's privacy
This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Data retention
We retain inquiry and project information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you, deliver a project, satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, or resolve disputes — after which it is deleted or anonymized.
Data security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information submitted to us. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, and to opt out of certain uses of it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below — we respond to all reasonable requests, regardless of where you're located.
California residents: in addition to the general rights above, you may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) to know what personal information we collect and to request its deletion. We do not sell or share personal information as defined under California law.
Do Not Track: this site does not currently respond differently to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
International visitors
This website is operated in the United States. If you access it from outside the US, your information will be processed in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your home country.

This policy was drafted with reference to common US privacy-law frameworks (including CCPA/CPRA and COPPA) as a good-faith starting point for a small business. It is not formal legal advice — have it reviewed by a licensed attorney before relying on it, especially if the Studio begins processing sensitive data, targets children, or grows to a scale where additional state or federal privacy laws may apply.
